cloaker is probably fine, AV should have flagged it if it was not.

Hijackthis log is looking good I don't see any issues.

I'd say you escaped getting infected. One last thing I would like to check:

Open My Documents
Select Tools\Folder Options on the menu
Select the File Types tab
Look for _eac_qt_ in the list

If it's not there I would say we are done and you are fine.

If it is then, we should look and see what program it wants to execute.
