That's right. If you look for FoxReg.exe it will fix it. Regsvr32 won't take care of this problem becuase it only registers the control for run-time use, not design time use. This is a common problem where the registry entries indicating that the user has a design-time license get overwritten. FoxReg.exe replaces those entries with the correct values.
