This is a pain. I have a special EXE program which only displays a form with a control from FM20.dll, FM20enu.dll and Comctl32.OCX. I run the Setup Wizard and make it register FM20.dll and Comctl.OCX in the WinSys directory (FM20enu.dll seems to have to be present but not registered).

This _does_ register the progressbar!
