Pet peeves? Well, these may affect you, but what I think is really sad is their refusal to fix the unintended record pointer movement issue I documented two or more years ago. Call me crazy, but I'd think that would be a high priority. Not for today's VFP team. And the change to the interface that makes the Properties window a focus hog? Nope, ain't gonna fix it. Nevermind how important the Command window is to VFP development and nevermind how much I now find myself clicking back on the Command window so that it regains focus, whereas in VFP 7 and before this didn't happen (I believe this "feature" was introduced in VFP 8). I don't hold out much hope for SP 2. And given that it could make VFP less stable (as any new release or SP could), I will proceed with great, great caution, since there is no other SP anticipated.
