I got it, though it's not clear which section the fields are in. Anyway, try to use just one line for your tra field and in the field properties check 'Stretch with overflow'

Also just try a simple thing:

MODIFY REPORT NewReport

Put only one field in the Details section (tra field) and set it to stretch (don't make it big, just one line).

Then in the form try

REPORT FORM NewReport preview.

Does it work?
