Thanks for the morale boost, and the link to the book. I've got 2-3 years with VB.net and ASP.Net, but I can't seem to get past the HR people who only see the C#.Net requirement. Frustrating AND depressing. In this instance (and it's rare for me to defend HR people), but it may be that the development shop only wants people with C# experience.
