I have an application that resides on a Windows 2003 server. Starting a couple of weeks ago, after a number of security patches were installed on the server, I can not run any of the reports from the application when logged in as Administrator. I can run the reports logged in as any other user.

This server sets logged in as Administrator all the time. Some of these reports take several minutes to run due to the number of records in the database. The users like to step over to it to run some of the reports to free up their workstation.

FoxPro just stops responding as soon as the report criteria is entered and they click the button to run the report. The code behind the button just typically selects and orders the data based on the selection criteria and then does a standard VFP report. No special report writer or anything like that. When I access task manager it shows two FoxPro tasks and they are both not responding. CPU utilization is down ranging 0-4%

Has anyone experienced this and it it is one of the patches for Win Server 2003, if so, which one is it?
