It was not actually my problem, but someone's from MSDN forum whom I tried to help. This person doesn't have VFP installed and tried to access these files with VFP OleDB. http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1998891&SiteID=1
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
