Wow, did you just make that complicated. I think Nadya was just basically saying, "What is the worst thing you could think of that would happen to you other than death." And I think she means within reason. Having all your limbs chopped off, losing your sight, hearing, sense of taste/touch and being put on fire while having your kidneys removed is probably not what she was looking for.
