And it gets weirder. I'm using the Environment Manager to, well, set the environment, and our little prg is there in the RunAfter script. If I just select this particular environment and then open the project from the command window, it still goes to source control. If I select the project as associated project from EnvMgr, it doesn't. And then no matter how many times I open it from command window, it still doesn't.
Go figure.
