That certainly seems to be a popular point of view. I've seen him with VH a bunch of times years ago, and even saw him doing his lounge-lizzard act in Vegas - quite a showman - but geeeze can you imagine having to stand with that guy in a photo-shoot?
I think Sammy H wrote better lyrics (of course he didn't write his stuff 1/2 drunk riding around in the back of a limo in LA either) - but Dave for sure put on a better show.
Luckly, I have a friend working the upcomming tour so I'll be seeing at least a coupla shows.
