We just ran into this issue too. I have been developing with VFP 9 SP2 Beta and everything has been running just fine for me (in the development environment). As soon as we built an EXE and gave it to a beta client, they are getting the message. They say they first get the "Class or behavior to handling conditional rendering..." message. Then they click on okay and get the prompt to pick a DBF. They also say there's a bunch of garbage spit out on the screen and the screen shot they sent us clearly shows some SET TALK ON stuff ...
