I have an app with a report that is designed for legal size paper. One of my users has a default printer (HP2200) that is loaded with letter size paper (1 tray only). She has been printing the report without problem by setting the page characteristics (landscape,legal) in the printer prompt window and using a manual feed each time she prints. The report has been displayed properly in the preview and prints properly when she sets it up as indicated (until today).

Today she was printing the report and the printer had a paper jam on the last page (page 11). After clearing the jam and preparing to reprint, the preview window shows the report squeezed onto 5 letter size pages. If we proceed and setup the printer for legal/landscape as it should be, the report will print OK on 11 pages, but regardless of what I do the preview always shows 5 letter size pages. If I set her default printer to a different printer, the preview shows properly on 11 legal/landscape pages. Resetting it to the original printer returns the preview to the improper presentation.

The report is printed on several different printers by different users so the printer environment is not saved with the report. I tried deleting the foxuser.dbf resource file but this did not help.

Any ideas as to what's going on here?
