Have you thought of printing it to a .pdf file and attaching that file to your email? Adobe Writer is only $29.00 and the viewer is free. You simply 'PRINT' to the .PDF printer. Never tried it, but I will be in the near future. I want to do something very similar to what you are doing. I will use Catalyst ActiveX controls to attach and send.
