I'm sorry...as a former journalist, I cannot imagine how the words "credibility" and "journalism" could possibly be acceptable in the same breath, let alone the same sentence...

It was snide remark. He could have asked any question regarding Karl Rove's effect on the last congressional elections, but no, he had to make a snide remark instead. He is not an entertainer like Jon Stewart, David Letterman, et all where snide comments and sarcasm are the norm and expected as a part of comedy and parodies. He is a journalist. Ruins the credibility of journalism entirely...
