With your help I found it!
I had misspelled an index field name. Somehow that triggered the error #13 error, even though I wasn't that far into the code to check for field name.
Thanks to you Naomi and all the UT experts!!

By the way, I noticed You're working for 'My Company' now instead of 'NY Homes'.
I hope this is a good thing for you.
