As you may have seen in my post to David, it may be that ON is the default in an application (where there's been no previous instance of a setting). Or in a clean installation (no other version of VFP). 'Course, that's a guess.:-)

BTW (and just a personal note here) It looks like you guys should be hoping the lockout ends soon. Doesn't look like you'll have to deal with "da Bulls" again :-(. I do hope Jerry Sloan gets a ring.
