Yes, I have looked at the laws. When I was at Kraft we had some potential antitrust issues on the horizon and all of us had to take a class on Robinson-Patman, Taft-Hartley, etc. Most businesses have nothing to worry about. Whenever a company has a very large share of the market, whether they are a monopoly or not, there is potential to unduly shape the market to the benefit of the company and at a cost to consumers. That's why the laws were enacted in the first place.
