You subclass the label class, which can be done in many ways, for instance File->New->New CLass. Then you decide a Class name, for instance MouseLabel, based on Label, Store in MyClasses. Now you have a class which you can modify. Whenever you add labels where you want this behavior, you use MouseLabel instead of the normal label.
