I purchased a .pdf ebook from apress written by Kevin Goff and Rod Paddock.
The e-book is password protected. Unfortunately, Apress messed up the password making it a null string. No password worked for the book. Kevin remedied the situation within one hour. Unfortunately Apress customer service did not contact me.
Thank you Kevin for writing a great book AND
providing superior customer service.
Your name is now held in very high esteem in our office for two big reasons:
1) superior knowledge of VS2005 reporting techniques...
2) amazingly ridiculously great customer service going far beyond the call of duty...
