Did you reduce the Height and Width of the form to fit in 800x600?

>Looks like toolbars and statusbar are not taken into account. In other words, when I display my form I can not see the bottom of this form, but the scrollbars still don't appear even if I set them to 3. Can I somehow activate the scrollbars programmatically?
