>Thanks, I checked the "netsh" command in command prompt and it works fine, I tried to add a .bat file which contains the command to startup but after running it doesn't affect. when I disable Symantec services (Protection Center and Internet Security), after restarting windows, in Firewall, File and Print Sharing is enable. Then it shows Symantec does something there. I try to play with Symantec firewall setting to see what will be happen.

It happens sometimes in midnight or early morning because of receiving windows updates and some patched, security add ins, or fixes code for windows which force it to restart system. (Automatic Windows Update has been set every day at 3:00 AM)
