Hey Jay

You cannot code a form and get it looking as good as the visual tools as quickly.

The article http://advisor.com/doc/05240 tells of the dangers of making composites.

The article http://weblogs.foxite.com/andykramek/archive/2007/08/04/4508.aspx shows how it's more flexible to instantiate using factory objects.

I can't remember anyone suggesting a way to design visually, but use those objects as representations to be replaced with factory provided instances.
