Sam referred to someone raping a 5 year old and only getting probation. I asked for one reference where this had happened, as I find it shocking that ANY judge would let someone off with probation for raping a 5 year old.

...it seems the guy took naked pictures/videos of the 6 year old performing sexual acts on himself, and plead guilty to child porn (which is treated as child abuse). The first judge gave him probation, but a U.S. attorney stepped in, and now he's facing 20 years.

No question, the first judge screwed up, the guy should have gotten jail time, but there's no rape involved here.
