The reimbursement is related to several payments I started to make to pay the requested uncollected tax of 2004. That was one big issue in this entire case. In 2004, the Universal Thread was operating without charging the tax to its international customers. But, the ruling stated that it should have been the case which has triggered the CRA to request the equivalent amount of uncollected tax for 2004. As this tax was never collected, they wanted me to pay from my own pocket that money. Whatever has been paid so far will be reimburse.
