>>>>>>>>>- you must not or you must access your locker between classes, depending on the school. There was even one where there was no rule about that.

He flunked the class, and as a result didn't get to play football for the rest of the year. He was a senior and a four year football starter. My high school was like the friggin twilight zone.

>>>Let me give you some incredibly good advice before you and your wife have kids: live in a good school district. Even if it costs more, which it probably will. I speak from unfortunate new experience.
>>
>>I have always been of the opinion that small schools are best because of the great student-to-teacher ratio, but have learned that sometimes small town BS can trump that. I graduated with 34, and in my 4 years in high school have been harrassed by teachers, pinned against the wall by teachers and threatened, and been told by one teacher that he wanted to put a bullet in my head. I was kind of a smart-alec, but I wasn't THAT bad.

>The advice was sincere. I have no idea whether you and your wife even plan to have kids, and it's none of my business. But if you do, live where the schools are good.

We did do some research when we bought a house, and we found a small town that was closer to a big city. Hopefully we found a good combination.
