slight saving in effort was explained to me by Tamar, and it wasn't this. My q was what's the big difference between changing the .BorderStyle prop, via combo if wished) and setting a numeroic prop. The answer is that you can have the Thisform.BorderStyle = Thisform.nBorderStyle in your .init(), so you can goof around as much as you like sizing the form, in builder mode, then don't need to set the prop before running.
