When I first read this message I recalled I saw something about the problem recently. Checked few sites I visit but didn't find the answer (though I believe now I saw it also discussed on Russian foxclub forum in "Not VFP only" section).

But here is one of our HelpDesk tickets and the resolution:

Problem: Having trouble accessing the USB flash drive.

Resolution:
Because user's PC has a CD burner drive and a DVD drive, the next available drive letter is F:, however, Windows does not recognize the Novell F: drive as a physical drive, it insists to make the USB flash drive letter as F. Went into Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Disk Management, Changed the USB drive letter from F: to another letter (U).
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
