I've got no problem with what the women may show!!! :-)

However, the baggy pants thing is getting ridiculous. It's one thing to have the waist band of your designer shorts showing, above that of the trousers, but I've seen guys who have thier pants hanging down below the curvature of their butts. One guy I had to follow for some time had what had once been white skivvies that were definitely grey down the middle crease. Yuck!!!

No fines or prison should be imposed though - just hang them in a "wedgie" for an hour for each offence! :-)

One adbvantage though I read about last year is that the police are finding them much easier to catch, as they can't run away with their kecks falling down around their knees!
