Aimed at black folks? I disagree Victor. When was the last time you saw teens of all race and colors walking around? That dress is prevalent among teens of all races and ethnicity.

>Sure, I think its ridicilious when I see a guy walking around with his underware hanging out and his jeans around his knees...but then again I dont think the government should be making laws about how people dress either, plus this is a law that is obviously aimed at black folks.
