The are 2 things you need to be aware of about accessing an app on Citrix vs. any other network:
1)accessing or saving other files. Users will need access to the drives that have a $ in their name, since these are their local drives. So if they want to save a PDF on their local drive the location might be "C$\My documents". We have a separate file save/file get routine for Citrix that restricts the drives to their local drives. The network admins get really upset if our app creates too many files on the Citrix box.
2) Printing. Printing is the biggest headache on a Citrix. Citrix includes something called the Universal Print Driver, I believe. You can use this or a 3rd party product like Screwdriver. These products basically map users local printers to print drivers loaded on Citrix. You can go to Citrix's site, or another site that has a Citrix forum, if you want to verify a specific printer works okay in a Citrix environment.
