I am perplexed.
I have a few listboxes that will scroll as I move the scroll bar (as they should).
Yet, other listboxes will NOT scroll as I move the scroll bar. They'll only move after I've released the mouse. I'm pretty certain that all the listboxes have been set up the same way, yet some work as they should and others don't.

I could use some help with this.
