Kida depends on where you are from since there is no scientific or precise definition of a continent.
I checked out some references and found that ...
If you are from Western Europe, Northern Europe, Central Europe, Southeastern Europe, China and most English-speaking countries seven is exactomundo. Whereas if you are from Russia, Eastern Europe, and Japan then 6 is the answer (North America, South America, Antartica, Africa, Eurasia and Australia). If you hail from Latin America, the Iberian Peninsula, Italy, Iran and some other parts of Europe then strangely another 6 are considered continents (America,Antarctica,Africa,Europe,Asia and Australia). this same group sometimes defines 5 as America, Antarctica, Africa, Eurasia, Australia.
