Depends on what kind of disk you deleted the file. If you stored the PRGs on a Windows 2003 server, for instance, you might have shadow copies enabled. In this case you can recover older version. The same applies to Windows Vista locally. On Vista I think the restore function is available from the Backup Center.

On other systems you might try Undelete tools such as http://www.diskinternals.com/

If you have the FXP files, you can use a tool like Refox or UnfoxAll to recover the source. With these tools you loose formattings and comments, though.
