When I send a Word document to fax via Outlook, Outlook open Word to print document to fax server. But this is not good while user is working, because Word becomes activated and on the top 1 (or 2) second. Is it possible to set an option somewhere (maybe in Outlook) to avoid that? Or, at least, keep Word minimized? Thank you for your help!
