It is a bug, I have reported it previously.

>I'm browsing a VFP table with 5,426,082 records in it. I did a CTRL-END to move to the last record. There is no elevator button in the verticle scroll bar. When I move my mouse over the verticle scroll bar, the top arrow disappears. When I put the mouse over the top arrow, it reappears. If I click on it it works. Clicking in the scroll bar does make it jump up a full page of records. So it all seems to work except there is no elevator button and there's the strange disappearance of the top arrow. The number of records I work with is normally in the tens of thousands to a million or two. Perhaps this is just an issue when you get into 4 or 5 million or above?
