I'm not even sure how to phrase this...
VFP5.0, NT Backoffice Server - 6 workstations
Database and executable are stored on server... same directory
When the users sign off my application, there are still open files listed under the server 'in use' display. Both 'read' and 'Write' opens.

It appears that my VFP app never released the requests. I use transactions for most updates... and some SQL commands for inserts.

If the user shuts down their machine, the ;in use' stuff dissapears and there appears to be no adverse effect. Any ideas on anything? what to look for??
