You can't seriously find that surprising, surely. A government controlled health system means less wealth for the medical fraternity.

Everybody has an opinion, but I'm sorry Kevin, this guy's rant would be laughable if it weren't such a serious subject. More deaths? What alarmist rot! The simple truth is that doctors find the private medical system to be a treasure chest and they don't want to give it up.
