I seemed to have come across a road block when dealing with the Crystal Report Viewer control. My end users have requested a new feature in my application that "remembers" the last printer used to print on, and to default to that printer on subsequent prints. Seemed like a simple request...except for the fact that I can't seem to get Crystal to tell me which printer it recently printed to. The "Report" file itself Is where I found the object PrintingOptions, and inside it was the property PrinterName. But PrinterName always returns to be a NULL string, regardless of the last printer I selected on my last print. Is there any way to figure out what was the printer name that was just printed to?

I've tried to override the Print event, but apparently unlike CRViewer9, they have disabled that ability since I cannot seem to find the event. And when I tried to create a custom control inheriting the CRViewer, I recieve a "NON CLS Complient" error on builds.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advanced!
