>I'm looking at my PRG in the class browser (using VFP9 for that - pretty cool) and I see that I have objects under my main class, but they do not exist under the subclass. What are the rules on that? Do I need to create them for the subclasses instead of the parent class if I want them available at the subclass level?

The whole idea of subclasses and inheritance is that everything defined in a parent class is available in derived classes.

I think the class browser only shows methods and properties defined at that level, but that doesn't mean they don't exist.
