What a refreshing reminder. IMHO he's right about the visionaries, but these days visionaries and big corporates/teams are conditioned to shun each other. ;-)
Interesting to hear him mention Emerald Bay as well: I'm pretty sure that's where Jeff Winchell was hanging out. I wonder what he's up to these days?
