Can't help you with the Q, Alex but, off subject, I'm interested in the "wachovia" webcam:
It states it's live from downtown Miami yet nothing moves.
One can order a pan or zoom of the "camera"; what happens if two people try do that in opposite directions at the same time? Does the camera tear apart? :-)
I suspect it isn't really live, but may update the full range (360 pan) every so often.
