I recently purchased (Aug 7/98) NetLib Encryption Toolkit from Communication Horizons at www.netlib.com, ask for Frank or Neil. Program works excellent, very easy to encrypt or decrypt. Seemless operation. Low overhead. So far I would highly recommend this produce. Product will encrypt any file, including DBC, DBF, CDX, MEM etc...
