Hi Hugo,

This code is in a separate method of the form. Somehow between pressing Save button on the toolbar and ever Exit button on the toolbar or x at the right corner causing these fields to be updated. It sounds like the texbox.valid event should be fired. However, may be I was not scientific enough yet, because I was unable to trap and confirm which textbox valid was firing.

I tried to put some information into logfile in one particular textbox valid code, but it didn't give me any clues yet.

What about using a messagebox with this.ControlSource to see which was the field that changed, then run again but with the debugger set to stop when that particular field changes its value?

If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
