We have an application checks for updates by comparing the timestamp on an APP file. If the one on the server is newer, it gets downloaded to the workstation.

I need to revert an app to its prior version. I can get the old file back, but it retains the timestamp from when it was originally created and won't get downloaded to the users properly.

Is there some way to adjust the timestamp (doesn't have to be a program - could just as easily be a manual process).
