While I have no doubt that he is probably a closet homosexual (he another brush with the law I think in the mid 80s), to be fair, I believe he was caught using the 'signals' that gays pass in the bathrooms to let others know that he is available. He never actually propositioned anyone (foot over in the other stall, briefcase in front of the door, hand under the stall, and peering through the seam between stalls).
I know that I will never let one foot cross over, reach over and ask for toilet paper, or put my purse on the floor in front of the door EVER AGAIN *G*

>Another one bites the dust. What I find reprehensible and disgusting (more disgusting than his bathroom caper published detailed account), was his "excuse" speech when he said (after pleading guilty), that "he is not and has never been gay". He said it with emphasis and it sounded like he was talking about murderers. Why are these people so afraid and why do they equate it with a crime or a disease? Being gay is not a crime nor a disease. Playing footsie in public bathrooms is.
