Menus have nothing to do with pageframes, so I don't think that's an issue. Did you go through the sample PRGs to see some examples of how to use the menu classes? If so, please post the code you're using to instantiate and configure the menus here so we can see how you're doing it.

One other issue: menu bars are disabled when a modal form is open. Could that be what's going on?
