There is a application that uses TAPI and gets the data from the Nortel IP phone system. The vendor wants a lot of money to do give us a solution other than putting into our table. We can, of course, run a an app 24/7 to get this new record into our SQL-Server database or whatever but the issue remains the target app "knowing" when a new record was added.
