So i cancelled reindexing and I checked by browsing the table (with Candidate index type) and I didn't saw any duplicate values. Next thing I did was, I modified the table structure and change the index type to regular and browsed it again. Then the duplicate values showed up (regular index type). when i tried to change the index type back to candidate, it wont save the changes anymore since it would violate the index type.
