So... forget these two sore losers. The latest was let down the drain to cover for the guy with faulty memory (banks), who is not to blame for some boy's room activity, but for setting precedent and legal grounds (um, I wouldn't build anything on such grounds) for practices which pretty much gutted the whole legal system. I guess there won't be much of a campaign against him in the rightwing blogs - he's not gay, not even a suspect.
